Originally called the Dinah Shore Course, but with Dinah Shore's name being transferred to the old course after her death in 1994, was renamed as the Pete Dye Challenge Course.

The Pete Dye Challenge Course playing at 6,955 yards from the tips will test the skill of even low handicappers. The course opened in 1988, and features rolling fairways, elevated greens that often times aggressively slope and deep bunkers. There are many beautiful lakes throughout the course that will require a full carry in order to reach the green in regulation.
